Portal is our web-based project management software, incorporating online file submission proof review & approval. All you need are press-quality PDF files & an internet connection.

User Setup
Let your CSR know that you're ready to start uploading & approving files online. They will setup a user account. You will also receive our "Portal QuickStart Guide" kit.

If you're in a rush, you can download the QuickStart Guide using the links at the right side of this page.

System Check
You'll need to confirm that you have two free software plugins installed on the computer(s) that you'll be using for upload & approval. The following links assist you in checking & installing software or updates if needed.
Note: MAC USERS SHOULD NOT NEED JAVA.
