FTP Information

Here are some general guidelines when sending files via FTP (ftp.democratprinting.com).

  • A username and password are required to access the site.
    Need both? Contact your Account Executive

  • Mac users need to download a third-party FTP client to access the FTP site

  • PC users can use Internet Explorer or a third-party FTP client

  • Stuff or Zip your files with a compression software program before you upload

  • Email your Account Executive or salesperson so they are aware of any materials that are uploaded to the site
