FTP doesn’t have to be that hard anymore...
While we no longer spend as much time sending & ‘fetching’ files...we are all still tired of watching that little dog run! FileZilla is an example of free FTP solutions now available that address many frustrating features of FTP. Take a quick search on the internet & find one that’s right for you. We found FileZilla for a project that required retrieving a 9GB file. And, although a 9GB transfer is not something we’d recommend doing regularly, it worked quite well.
